The Pass Christian Police Department is asking the public to help identify an individual suspected of causing thousands of dollars in damage to a homeowner’s property, the department said on Facebook.
Police said the person is suspected of involvement in a malicious mischief incident and asked anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers by downloading the P3 Tips app or by calling TIPS. The department said that to qualify for a reward, information must come through Crime Stoppers.
Pass Christian is a small city on Mississippi’s Gulf Coast, and the municipal police department handles investigations of property crimes and other local offenses. Crime Stoppers programs typically allow people to submit anonymous tips and can offer rewards when tips lead to arrests, the department noted.
The department added that all persons are innocent until proven guilty. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
