Oxford has been nominated for the USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards in the Best Small College Town category, Visit Oxford MS announced Monday. Voting is open now and will remain open until noon Eastern Time on Monday, March 30; readers may vote once per category, per day.
“We’re thrilled to see Oxford nominated again for the Best Small College Town category,” said Kinney Ferris, executive director of Visit Oxford MS. Ferris said the recognition celebrates the unique relationship between the town and the University and highlights the community’s blend of academics, athletics, arts and culture.
Nominees in all categories are selected by a panel of experts that includes editors from USA TODAY and 10Best.com, Visit Oxford MS said. According to Visit Oxford MS, 10Best.com is known for original, experiential travel content developed by local travel experts and for highlighting top attractions, activities and restaurants in destinations across the United States and around the world.
