Man hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after Tupelo apartment shooting
TUPELO, Mississippi — A man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after a shooting Wednesday night at an apartment complex, the Tupelo Police Department said.
Officers responded around 9:40 p.m. on March 4 to Monarch Creek Apartments at 1321 Ida B. Wells St., the department said. When officers arrived they found an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to North Mississippi Medical Center for treatment.
Investigators also found multiple vehicles at the scene that had been struck by gunfire, the police department said. No arrests have been made, and the case remains under active investigation.
