Lowndes County posts Warrant Wednesday wanted bulletin

Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office posted a “Warrant Wednesday Weekly Wanted Persons Bulletin” on its Facebook page, highlighting individuals with active warrants at the time of the posting, the department said.

The post noted that warrant status can change and that some warrants may no longer be active when viewed. It also reminded readers that all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, the post said.

The sheriff’s office asked anyone with information about the whereabouts of the individuals featured to contact the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office. For those who prefer to remain anonymous, the post directed people to call Golden Triangle Crime Stoppers at 1-800-530-7151 or to submit a tip using the P3Tips app.
