The Jackson Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 28-year-old Javier Hoard, who was reported missing to the Pearl Police Department two years ago and was last seen two months ago on Raymond Road, the department said.
Hoard is described as a 28-year-old female, 5-foot-7 and weighing 110 pounds, the department said in a Facebook post. She was last seen in the company of an unknown man, according to the post.
The Jackson Police Department, which serves Mississippi’s capital city, handles missing-person investigations in coordination with nearby agencies such as the Pearl Police Department, which serves the city of Pearl. Missing-person alerts aim to quickly gather tips from the public that can lead to safe recoveries.
