The Jackson Police Department is attempting to locate 28-year-old Cortez Adario Starks, police said in a Facebook post. Starks is described as 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds with a medium complexion and a short haircut. He was last seen Friday, Feb. 27, 2026, at approximately 10 p.m.
Police said Starks was last seen wearing khaki pants, a black graphic T-shirt featuring a teddy bear and black, white and brown Nike high-top shoes. Authorities said he has no known medical history or medication.
The department said Starks will be entered into the FBI’s National Crime Information Center database to aid in locating him. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact the Jackson Police Department at 769-275-1249.
