Family seeks answers after Emmanuel Williams goes missing in Mississippi

CHOCTAW COUNTY, Mississippi — Emmanuel Williams, 38, has been missing since December 2024, and his family says it still has no clear answers about his whereabouts.

Information posted by Missingsippi.org, a nonprofit that tracks missing-person cases across the state, says Williams was last in contact with family members in Ackerman around the time he disappeared. The organization describes him as a Black man with black hair and brown eyes, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 140 pounds.

Missingsippi.org also says Williams has ties to the Little Rock, Arkansas, area and could possibly be there, but it has not reported any confirmed sightings or new leads. There is little publicly available information about the circumstances of his disappearance, and a search of online archives turned up few additional details.

Williams’ family remains concerned and is hoping anyone with information will come forward. Anyone with tips is encouraged to contact [email protected]. We will provide more information as it becomes available.
