Bay St. Louis police seek woman in credit card fraud case

Bay St. Louis police are seeking Rose Montross, 44, on an outstanding credit card fraud case listed as Case #2025-01785, the department said. Montross is described as 5-foot-2 and 180 pounds, and her last known address was in the Slidell area.

Authorities ask anyone with information about Montross’s whereabouts to contact Crime Stoppers by downloading the P3 Tips app or by calling Crime Stoppers by phone. The department said that to qualify for any reward, information must be submitted through Crime Stoppers. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
