Meridian, Mississippi, Issues Boil Water Advisory
The city of Meridian, Mississippi, has issued a boil water notice for areas outlined on the attached map, the city announced Monday.
Residents are advised to bring tap water to a rolling boil for at least one minute before use. Water should be cooled before drinking or using for cooking, brushing teeth, or making ice.
The city says the advisory is precautionary and will remain in effect until water testing confirms safety. Officials will provide updates once testing is complete.
